The invention provides a prefabricated assembled pier structure and a construction method.The prefabricated assembled pier structure comprises a prefabricated island type bearing platform and a prefabricated pier body which are assembled, the prefabricated island type bearing platform is arranged in an inverted-T shape and comprises a protruding end and a horizontal end which are connected, and a plurality of grouting sleeves arranged in the vertical direction are embedded in the protruding end; a plurality of bearing platform reserved steel bars are pre-buried at the convex end and the horizontal end and are inserted into the grouting sleeves in a one-to-one correspondence manner; a plurality of pier body reserved steel bars which are arranged in the vertical direction and correspond to the grouting sleeves one to one are pre-buried in the prefabricated pier body, and the pier body reserved steel bars extend out of the lower surface of the prefabricated pier body to form free ends; in the splicing state, the free ends of the multiple pier body reserved steel bars are inserted into the multiple grouting sleeves in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and UHPC is poured into the multiple grouting sleeves to complete splicing. According to the implementation mode, rainwater can be prevented from being gathered at the splicing seam position, the prefabricated island type bearing platform and the prefabricated pier body are cast-in-place contact faces, and then the durability of the prefabricated island type bearing platform is greatly improved.
本发明提供了一种预制拼装桥墩结构及施工方法,包括相拼装的预制岛式承台和预制墩身,其中,预制岛式承台倒T型设置,包括相连接的凸起端和水平端,凸起端预埋有多个沿竖直方向设置的灌浆套筒;凸起端和水平端预埋有多个承台预留钢筋,多个承台预留钢筋一一对应地插设到多个灌浆套筒;预制墩身内预埋沿竖直方向设置的、与灌浆套筒一一对应的多个墩身预留钢筋,墩身预留钢筋从预制墩身的下表面伸出形成游离端;在拼装的状态下,多个墩身预留钢筋的游离端一一对应地插入到多个灌浆套筒,在多个灌浆套筒内浇筑UHPC完成拼装。该实施方式能够避免雨水在拼接缝位置汇聚,预制岛式承台与预制墩身是现浇接触面,进而大大增强其耐久性。
