The invention discloses a nozzle flow guide adjusting device and method for a hot-blowing snow sweeper, and the nozzle flow guide adjusting device comprises a detachable nozzle, two groups of connecting rod mechanisms, a rotating shaft, a flow guide blade, two groups of hydraulic oil cylinder assemblies and a control assembly, the detachable nozzle is mounted at the tail end of a main nozzle of the snow sweeper, and the connecting rod mechanisms and the hydraulic oil cylinder assemblies are arranged; the number of the rotating shafts is two times that of the flow guide blades, the two ends of each flow guide blade are each connected with one rotating shaft, the other ends of the two rotating shafts penetrate through the side wall of the detachable nozzle to be connected with the two connecting rod mechanisms, the flow guide blades are installed in the detachable nozzle, and the two connecting rod mechanisms are hinged to driving shafts of the two hydraulic oil cylinder assemblies respectively. The two hydraulic oil cylinder assemblies are arranged in parallel and fixed to the snow sweeper, and the hydraulic oil cylinder assemblies are connected with the control assembly.
