The supporting device comprises a fixed base, a fixed cavity is formed in the fixed base, a motor is fixedly connected to the lower inner wall of the fixed cavity, a rotating rod is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor, and the rotating rod penetrates through the upper inner wall of the fixed cavity and extends to the outer side of the fixed base. The part, located on the outer side of the fixed base, of the rotating rod is sleeved with a fixed sleeve, and the bottom end of the fixed sleeve is rotationally connected with a fixed plate. The supporting plate and the auxiliary plate can move outwards through the transmission structure, the supporting plate is attached to the side wall of the foundation pit to support the side wall of the foundation pit, meanwhile, the auxiliary plate can move upwards to extend, the area capable of being supported by the whole device is enlarged, and therefore the supporting effect on the side wall of the foundation pit is improved; therefore, the movement of the auxiliary plate and the support plate can be changed, the adjustment in use is more convenient, and the application of the device is facilitated.
