Foundation pit supporting device based on fiber reinforced ribs
The foundation pit supporting device comprises a supporting net, an anchoring section, a tension rod and the fiber reinforced ribs, the supporting net is laid on the surface of a slope of the inner wall of a foundation pit, the top end of the supporting net extends out of the foundation pit, a concrete layer is arranged on the surface of the supporting net, and the two ends of the tension rod are connected with an edge soil body of the foundation pit and the top end of the supporting net correspondingly; the anchoring section is obliquely buried in a slope soil body of a foundation pit, one end of the fiber reinforced rib is connected to the center of the anchoring section, the other end of the fiber reinforced rib extends out of the slope of the foundation pit and is connected with the supporting net, a fiber bragg grating string is buried in the fiber reinforced rib, and two ends of the fiber bragg grating string are connected with detection equipment through wires to form a fiber sensor structure. The supporting net and the concrete layer are adopted to form a supporting system for the soil body on the inner side of the foundation pit, the fiber reinforced ribs are adopted to replace traditional steel bars, the anchoring force needed by the supporting device is met, corrosion of the soil body to the fiber reinforced ribs is reduced, and the stability of the supporting net relative to the slope is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种基于纤维增强筋的基坑支护装置,包括:支护网、锚固段、张拉杆和纤维增强筋,支护网铺设于基坑内壁边坡表面,支护网顶端延伸出基坑,支护网表面设置有混凝土层,张拉杆两端分别与基坑边缘土体和支护网顶端连接,锚固段斜向埋设于基坑的边坡土体内,纤维增强筋一端连接于锚固段中心,另一端延伸出基坑边坡与与支护网连接,纤维增强筋内埋设有光纤光栅串并且光纤光栅串两端通过导线与检测设备连接,形成光纤传感器结构。本发明采用支护网和混凝土层形成对基坑内侧土体的支护体系,采用纤维增强筋替代传统钢筋,满足支护装置需要的锚固力,减少土体对纤维增强筋的腐蚀,保证支护网相对边坡的稳定性。
