The invention provides a mounting structure and a mounting method of a fabricated wall surface. The mounting structure comprises a mounting assembly used for mounting the wall surface and a transition piece used for connecting the wall surface and the mounting assembly. The mounting assembly comprises a connecting piece used for being connected with the transition piece. The transition piece is provided with a first connecting plate used for being matched with the connecting piece and a second connecting plate used for being matched with a wall face, and the first connecting plate is perpendicular to the second connecting plate. The transition piece is connected with the wall face and the installation assembly through the cooperation of the first connecting plate and the connecting piece and the cooperation of the second connecting plate and the wall face. The installation assembly is connected with the transition piece in a hole-aligning connection mode, and the second connecting plate of the transition piece is connected with the assembly type wall face in an adhesive mode. According to the installation structure, the installation process is simple and convenient, and stable connection support is provided.
