The invention discloses a container locking device with both automatic operation and manual operation. The container locking device comprises a spin lock assembly and a limiting gear. The spin lock assembly comprises a lock body, a lock head, a lock rod, a baffle ring, a spin lock baffle plate, a baffle block and a handle, the lock body is fixed on the underframe assembly, the lock head is located on the upper end face of the lock body, the upper end of the lock rod penetrates through the lock body and then is fixedly connected with the lock head, the baffle ring, the spin lock baffle plate and the baffle block are sleeved on the lock rod, and the other end of the spin lock baffle plate is connected with the push rod assembly; the limiting block is arranged at the bottom of the bottom frame assembly close to the lock rod, and when the lock head rotates to the locking position or the unlocking position along with the lock rod, the spin lock baffle can be blocked by the limiting block, so that the lock rod cannot continuously rotate, and accurate control over the locking position and the unlocking position of the spin lock assembly is achieved. The automatic locking device has two modes of manual operation and electric automatic operation, electric control operation is achieved by connecting a whole vehicle circuit, manual operation is achieved by rotating a handle, the automatic locking device has a clear limiting function, and therefore it can be guaranteed that the locking device is conveniently and rapidly opened and closed in place.
