OPERATION AUXILIARY DEVICE OF MANUAL OPERATION VALVE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation auxiliary device of a manual operation valve which can reduce an operation time even in a large diameter valve requiring a high torque, in which opening/closing of a valve for manual operation does not require much time in emergency, even in all power source loss time in a nuclear power plant and opening/closing operations can be facilitated.SOLUTION: An operation auxiliary device of a manual operation value of the present invention is an operation auxiliary device for a manual operation valve provided in a nuclear power plant for solving above mentioned problems, and comprises: an attachment with a handle connected to a valve drive part of the manual operation valve and transmits drive force from the drive part to the valve drive part; a double force wrench for transmitting drive force to the attachment with a handle; and a support part fixed to the valve drive part and supports the double force wrench.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】原子力発電プラントにおける全電源喪失時であっても、緊急時の手動操作の弁の開閉に時間が掛かることはなく、しかも、高トルクを要する大口径弁であっても操作時間を短縮し、容易に開閉操作が可能なこと。【解決手段】本発明の手動操作弁の操作補助装置は、上記課題を解決するために、原子力発電プラントに設置されている手動操作弁の操作補助装置であって、前記手動操作弁の弁駆動部に接続され、駆動部からの駆動力を前記弁駆動部に伝達するハンドル付アタッチメントと、該ハンドル付アタッチメントへ駆動力を伝達する倍力レンチと、前記弁駆動部に固定され、前記倍力レンチを支持するサポート部とを備えていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
