The multi-way reversing valve comprises an oil inlet unit, a reversing unit and an oil return unit, the oil inlet unit comprises an oil inlet valve body, an oil inlet cavity and an oil return cavity, a middle-position oil return device penetrates through the oil inlet cavity and the oil return cavity, and an oil inlet safety valve and an oil return control device are further installed on the oil inlet valve body; the reversing unit comprises at least two reversing valve bodies which are sequentially arranged, a reversing valve cavity is formed in the reversing valve bodies in a penetrating mode, a reversing valve rod is assembled in the reversing valve cavity, an oil passing adjusting groove is formed in the side portion of a valve rod groove in the reversing valve rod, a feedback valve cavity is communicated with the reversing valve cavity, and a feedback valve is assembled in the feedback valve cavity. The feedback valve cavities in the reversing valve bodies are communicated through feedback oil channels, and the feedback oil channels are further communicated with the middle-position oil return device. And the feedback valve can control the flow entering each oil inlet one-way valve, so that the pressure and the flow of each reversing valve body in the reversing unit do not influence each other, and the linkage operation of the excavator is ensured.
本发明公开了一种挖掘机用多路换向阀，包括进油单元、换向单元和回油单元，进油单元包括进油阀体、进油腔和回油腔，贯穿进油腔与回油腔设有中位回油装置，进油阀体上还安装有进油安全阀和回油控制装置；换向单元包括至少两联依次排列设置的换向阀体，贯穿换向阀体设有换向阀腔，换向阀腔内装配有换向阀杆，换向阀杆上的阀杆沟槽侧部布置有过油调节沟槽，与换向阀腔连通有反馈阀腔，反馈阀腔内装配有反馈阀，各换向阀体内的反馈阀腔通过反馈油道连通设置，反馈油道还与中位回油装置连通设置；反馈阀可控制进入至各进油单向阀的流量，实现了换向单元内各联换向阀体间的压力、流量互不影响，保证了挖掘机的联动操作。
