The invention relates to a slope rain increase and decrease experiment device which comprises a rain reduction assembly, and the rain reduction assembly comprises a plurality of supporting frames fixed to a slope experiment area and a plurality of shielding rain collection assemblies arranged at the tops of the supporting frames and parallel to the ground of the slope experiment area. The sheltering and rainwater collecting assembly comprises a lower frame body connected with the supporting frame and used for sheltering and collecting rainwater, a filter screen arranged at an upper end opening of the lower frame body and a cleaning assembly arranged on the lower frame body. Rainwater is shielded and collected through the lower frame body, rain reduction experiment simulation can be conducted on the slope experiment area, the rainwater collected by the lower frame body is stored in the water storage tank, rainfall simulation can be conducted on the slope experiment area and the blank control area through the spraying assembly and the rainwater supplementing assembly, and rain enhancement experiment simulation is achieved; the size and the position of the area, where the rainwater falls, between the two shielding rainwater collecting assemblies can be adjusted through operation of the movable shielding assembly, adjustment can be conveniently conducted according to experiment requirements, and more convenience is achieved.
