DEVICE FOR DOOR CLOSING FORCE INCREASE AND DECREASE
The present invention relates to a device for increasing and decreasing a door closing force, which operates with an automatic closing device for closing a fire door in case of a fire together to increase a closing force of the fire door, thereby preventing a phenomenon, in which the fire door is not completely closed due to a pressure difference between a differential pressure chamber and a corridor, and extinguishing the closing force that has been applied to the fire door when the fire door is completely closed so that anybody can easily open the fire door and quickly escape from the fire site. According to the present invention, the device for increasing and decreasing a door closing force includes: an operation unit which is guided into a case and moves forward and backward with respect to a door opening and closing a door frame; an electromagnet unit which is installed with the operation unit to face the door and comes in contact with the door when the door is closed according to a fire occurrence; a switch unit which is installed in the electromagnet unit and is pressurized by the door when the door operates in a closing direction to generate magnetism for attachment of the electromagnet unit and the door; and a driving unit which moves the operation unit backward to allow the electromagnet unit to pull the door for closing when the switch unit is pressurized by the door.
본 발명은 도어 폐쇄력 증감장치에 관한 것으로, 화재발생시 방화문을 폐쇄하기 위한 자동폐쇄장치와 함께 작동하여 방화문의 폐쇄력을 증가시킴으로써, 차압실과 복도 간의 압력차로 인해 방화문이 완전히 닫히지 아니하는 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 방화문이 완전히 폐쇄된 상태에서는 방화문에 가해지고 있던 폐쇄력을 소멸시켜 누구나 쉽게 방화문을 열고 화재현장을 신속하게 탈출할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 도어 폐쇄력 증감장치는, 상기 케이스에 안내되어, 상기 문틀을 개폐시키는 도어 대해 전진 또는 후진될 수 있는 작동부; 상기 작동부에 설치되어 상기 도어와 마주하고, 상기 도어가 화재발생에 따라 폐쇄될 경우, 상기 도어와 접촉되는 전자석부; 상기 전자석부에 설치되며, 상기 도어가 폐쇄 방향으로 작동될 경우 상기 도어에 의해 가압되어 상기 전자석부에 도어와 부착을 위한 자력이 발생되도록 하는 스위치부; 및 상기 스위치부가 상기 도어에 의해 가압될 경우 상기 전자석부가 상기 도어를 당겨서 폐쇄하도록 상기 작동부를 후진시키는 구동부;를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a device for increasing and decreasing a door closing force, which operates with an automatic closing device for closing a fire door in case of a fire together to increase a closing force of the fire door, thereby preventing a phenomenon, in which the fire door is not completely closed due to a pressure difference between a differential pressure chamber and a corridor, and extinguishing the closing force that has been applied to the fire door when the fire door is completely closed so that anybody can easily open the fire door and quickly escape from the fire site. According to the present invention, the device for increasing and decreasing a door closing force includes: an operation unit which is guided into a case and moves forward and backward with respect to a door opening and closing a door frame; an electromagnet unit which is installed with the operation unit to face the door and comes in contact with the door when the door is closed according to a fire occurrence; a switch unit which is installed in the electromagnet unit and is pressurized by the door when the door operates in a closing direction to generate magnetism for attachment of the electromagnet unit and the door; and a driving unit which moves the operation unit backward to allow the electromagnet unit to pull the door for closing when the switch unit is pressurized by the door.
본 발명은 도어 폐쇄력 증감장치에 관한 것으로, 화재발생시 방화문을 폐쇄하기 위한 자동폐쇄장치와 함께 작동하여 방화문의 폐쇄력을 증가시킴으로써, 차압실과 복도 간의 압력차로 인해 방화문이 완전히 닫히지 아니하는 현상을 방지할 수 있고, 방화문이 완전히 폐쇄된 상태에서는 방화문에 가해지고 있던 폐쇄력을 소멸시켜 누구나 쉽게 방화문을 열고 화재현장을 신속하게 탈출할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 도어 폐쇄력 증감장치는, 상기 케이스에 안내되어, 상기 문틀을 개폐시키는 도어 대해 전진 또는 후진될 수 있는 작동부; 상기 작동부에 설치되어 상기 도어와 마주하고, 상기 도어가 화재발생에 따라 폐쇄될 경우, 상기 도어와 접촉되는 전자석부; 상기 전자석부에 설치되며, 상기 도어가 폐쇄 방향으로 작동될 경우 상기 도어에 의해 가압되어 상기 전자석부에 도어와 부착을 위한 자력이 발생되도록 하는 스위치부; 및 상기 스위치부가 상기 도어에 의해 가압될 경우 상기 전자석부가 상기 도어를 당겨서 폐쇄하도록 상기 작동부를 후진시키는 구동부;를 포함한다.
