The sintered brick is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of sintered brick raw materials, 15-25 parts of a sintering aid and the balance of wastewater, the sintered brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of gold tailings and 20-30 parts of ardealite, the sintering aid is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of fly ash, 20 to 40 parts of magnesium slag, 8 to 15 parts of waste glass powder and 10 to 18 parts of bentonite. The compressive strength of the prepared sintered brick is larger than or equal to 25 MPa, the volume density is smaller than 1750 kg/m < 3 >, the saturation coefficient is smaller than 0.74, the water absorption rate is smaller than 16%, the scumming phenomenon is avoided, the requirement for the strength grade of GB/T 5101-2017 sintered ordinary bricks MU25 is met, the method is easy to operate, low in cost and suitable for large-scale production, and the product has the advantages of being light, high in strength, environmentally friendly, low in carbon and high in tailing solid waste utilization rate.
