Porous lightweight ceramic tile based on shell powder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a shell powder-based porous lightweight ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof. The porous lightweight ceramic tile is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 15 to 20 parts of calcined shell powder, 5 to 10 parts of shell raw powder, 15 to 21 parts of sylvine powder, 15 to 20 parts of albite, 4 to 8 parts of washed mud, 15 to 18 parts of kaolin, 8 to 12 parts of ceramic waste, 5 to 10 parts of low-temperature sand and 1 to 3 parts of borax. Calcined shell powder and shell raw powder are used as light pore-forming agents, meanwhile, a certain amount of low-temperature flux raw materials and borax are added, a liquid phase is formed at the low temperature, and CO2 gas formed in the sintering process of calcium carbonate components in the shell raw powder is locked; according to the present invention, by adding the sodium borate during the high-temperature reaction, the foam stabilizer effect of the sodium borate during the high-temperature reaction process is provided, such that the uniform pore structure mainly using the closed pores is formed, the volume density of the product is 1.83-1.86 g/cm < 3 >, and the breaking strength can achieve 39.6-40.2 MPa.
本发明公开了一种基于贝壳粉的多孔轻质陶瓷砖及其制备方法,该多孔轻质陶瓷砖的原料组分按重量份计包括:煅烧贝壳粉15‑20份、贝壳原粉5‑10份、钾石粉15‑21份、钠长石15‑20份、水洗泥4‑8份、高岭土15‑18份、陶瓷废料8‑12份、低温砂5‑10份、硼砂1‑3份。本发明以煅烧贝壳粉和贝壳原粉为轻质成孔剂,同时添加一定量的低温熔剂类原料和硼砂,在较低的温度下形成液相,以锁住贝壳原粉中的碳酸钙成分在烧成过程中形成的CO2气体;加之硼砂在高温反应过程中的稳泡剂作用,从而形成以闭口气孔为主的均匀孔隙结构,实现产品的体积密度为1.83‑1.86g/cm3,抗折强度可达39.6‑40.2MPa。
