The invention discloses ceramic tile gum containing mineral powder and a preparation method of the ceramic tile gum. The ceramic tile gum is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 35 to 45 parts of acrylic emulsion, 20 to 40 parts of 40 to 70-mesh quartz sand, 1 to 5 parts of combusted coal gangue, 20 to 30 parts of mineral powder, 1 to 10 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose and 4 to 8 parts of alkaline antibacterial preservative BIT20. The preparation method comprises the following steps: proportionally weighing the acrylic emulsion, uniformly mixing to obtain a liquid-phase mixed solution, proportionally weighing the quartz sand, the combustion coal gangue, the mineral powder and the cellulose, uniformly mixing to obtain a solid-phase mixture, adding the solid-phase mixture into the liquid-phase mixture, and uniformly stirring. The high-strength ceramic tile gum prepared by the invention has high adhesive property, and the mechanical property, the workability and the durability of mortar are improved by fully utilizing the characteristics of large specific surface area, fine particle size and the like of the combusted coal gangue and the granulated blast furnace slag powder.
