Preparation method of cement mortar modified polyamine resin
According to the preparation method of the cement mortar modified polyamine resin, the epoxy resin, the alcohol ether solvent, the unsaturated organic acid, the silane coupling agent, the initiator, the polyamine monomer and the water are prepared according to the steps, so that the compatibility with the epoxy resin in the cement mortar is improved, and the reaction rate and the reaction degree are improved; and the chain extension of the epoxy also ensures that the polyamine resin has enough molecular weight so as to ensure the strength of the cured concrete. According to the polyamine resin, the water solubility is enhanced through grafting modification of unsaturated organic acid, the dispersing capacity of the epoxy resin and the polyamine resin to cement mortar is also improved after part of organic acid groups are neutralized by polyamine, and meanwhile, the bonding performance of the resin and cement is also improved while the crosslinking strength is improved through the siloxane crosslinking agent; therefore, the compatibility and the adaptability of the cement mortar are further improved.
一种对水泥砂浆改性的多元胺树脂的制备方法,通过环氧树脂、醇醚类溶剂、不饱和有机酸、硅烷偶联剂、引发剂、多元胺单体以及水按照步骤进行制备,提高了在水泥砂浆中与环氧树脂的相容性,提高了反应速率和反应程度,环氧的扩链也保证了多元胺树脂有足够的分子量,以保证固化后混凝土的强度。上述多元胺树脂通过不饱和有机酸的接枝改性,增强了水溶性,部分有机酸基团被多元胺中和后也提高了环氧树脂和多元胺树脂对水泥砂浆的分散能力,同时硅氧烷交联剂提高交联强度的同时也提高了树脂跟水泥的结合性能,从而进一步提高对水泥砂浆的相容性和适配性。
