Drilling and stirring vibroflot
The drilling and stirring vibroflot comprises a first driving assembly, a horizontal excitation assembly, a second driving assembly and a drilling and stirring assembly which are sequentially connected, the first driving assembly is used for driving the horizontal excitation assembly to generate excitation force in the horizontal direction, and the second driving assembly is used for driving the drilling and stirring assembly to conduct cutting and stirring operation. Wherein the drilling and stirring vibroflot has two operation modes, namely a horizontal excitation operation mode generated by the horizontal excitation assembly and a drilling and stirring guide hole-forming operation mode generated by the drilling and stirring assembly. And during pore-forming operation, the two operation modes of horizontal excitation and drilling and stirring guide pore-forming are combined, so that the penetrating power is high, and the pore-forming efficiency is high. And when hole forming is completed and a section-by-section filling pile forming stage is entered, a horizontal excitation mode can be independently adopted, so that the pile body is more favorably and efficiently extruded and compacted, and the quality of the formed pile body is better. Therefore, different modes can be selected for construction according to requirements of construction steps, and flexibility, maneuverability and adaptability are high.
本发明公开了一种钻搅振冲器,包括:依次连接的第一驱动组件、水平激振组件、第二驱动组件和钻搅组件,第一驱动组件用于驱动水平激振组件产生水平方向上的激振力,第二驱动组件用于驱动钻搅组件进行切削搅拌作业。其中钻搅振冲器具备两种作业模式,即水平激振组件产生的水平激振作业模式和钻搅组件产生的钻搅引导造孔作业模式。当造孔作业时,水平激振和钻搅引导造孔两种作业模式组合,其穿透力强、造孔效率高。当造孔完成进入逐段填料成桩阶段时,可单独采用水平激振模式,更利于高效率振挤密实桩体,形成的桩体质量更好。因此可以根据施工步骤需要选择不同模式进行施工,其灵活机动适应性强。
