The invention relates to the field of excavators, and discloses an excavator accessory dynamic tracking and monitoring system and an excavator, the accessory dynamic tracking and monitoring system comprises: an image acquisition assembly comprising a camera, a mounting bracket and a driving member, the camera is fixed at one end of the mounting bracket, and the driving end of the driving member is hinged to the other end of the mounting bracket; the first tilt angle sensor is suitable for being arranged on a movable arm of the excavator; the second tilt angle sensor is suitable for being arranged on a bucket rod of the excavator; the third tilt angle sensor is suitable for being arranged on a vehicle body of the excavator; the controller is electrically connected with the first tilt angle sensor, the second tilt angle sensor, the third tilt angle sensor and the driving part and used for controlling the driving part to drive the camera to rotate by a corresponding angle according to tilt angle information fed back by the three tilt angle sensors and face the direction where the accessory is located all the time. The angles of the movable arm and the bucket rod relative to the vehicle body are obtained through calculation, so that attitude information of the accessory is obtained, and a basis is provided for the rotating position of the camera.
