The invention relates to a structure and a manufacturing process of a flow channel of a water inlet and a water outlet of a pump station, and the manufacturing process comprises the following steps: establishing a model, determining data of each section of the inlet and the outlet, splicing a framework according to the model and the section data, dividing the spliced framework into regions, and marking curved surface regions, the curved surface area comprises a horn mouth water inlet area, a flow guide area and a water outlet area, the inner steel mold and the outer steel mold are manufactured according to the assembled framework, the inner steel mold of the curved surface area is subjected to segmented forming, the inner steel mold and the outer steel mold are installed on the assembled framework, pouring and mold removing are conducted, and the pump station water inlet and outlet runner is obtained. According to the technology, the steel inner mold formed in a segmented mode is utilized, the strength is improved, the construction difficulty is reduced, and the engineering cost is saved.
