A pump station water inlet and outlet runner steel formwork assembly comprises a bottom die, a housing steel die, an outer die and three positioning device boxes. The bottom die is a horizontally arranged plane steel mesh template; the housing steel mold is a horizontally-arranged cover body with an opening in the lower side, the front side and the rear side of the cover body are provided with a first circular water flow opening and a second rectangular water flow opening respectively, the opening in the lower side of the cover body is in the shape of an isosceles triangle, the outer mold is a cuboid box body with an opening in the lower side, and the size of the opening in the lower side is matched with that of the bottom mold; each positioning device box is in the shape of a vertically-arranged triangular prism, the bottom face of each triangular prism is in the shape of an isosceles triangle, the isosceles triangle is similar to an isosceles triangle with an opening in the lower side of a housing steel mold, and anchoring feet are arranged at the bottom of each positioning device box. The positioning device boxes are additionally arranged, positioning is completed before the bottom die is poured, the bottom die is welded through the anchoring feet, when the housing steel die is hoisted, the three corners of the triangle with the opening in the lower side of the housing steel die are clamped into the three positioning device boxes correspondingly, and accurate positioning is completed.
一种泵站进出水流道钢模板组件，包括底模、罩壳钢模、外模和三个定位装置盒；底模为水平布置的平面钢网模板；罩壳钢模为一个水平布置、下侧敞口的罩体，罩体前侧、后侧分别设有圆形第一水流口和矩形第二水流口，罩体下侧敞口形状为等腰三角形，外模为下侧敞口的长方体盒体，其下侧敞口大小与底模的尺寸相匹配；每个定位装置盒均为竖直布置的三棱柱形状，三棱柱的底面形状为等腰三角形，且该等腰三角形与罩壳钢模下侧敞口的等腰三角形相似，每个定位装置盒底部均设有锚固脚。本发明通过加入定位装置盒，在底模浇筑前就完成定位并通过锚固脚与底模焊接，罩壳钢模吊装时，其下侧敞口三角形的三个角部分别卡入三个定位装置盒，完成准确定位。
