The prefabricating and assembling device comprises a main beam, the main beam is an I-shaped beam and is vertically arranged, the side edge of the main beam is in threaded connection with a mounting plate, the side edge of the mounting plate is vertically connected with a secondary beam, four sliding openings are symmetrically formed in the side edge of the main beam, and the side edge of the main beam is provided with a sliding groove; four connecting columns are fixedly connected to the side, away from the side beam, of the mounting plate, the connecting columns are clamped in the sliding openings, the side edges of the sliding openings and the side edges of the connecting columns are arc-shaped, and the length of the long edge of each sliding opening is larger than the width of the corresponding connecting column; the elastic piece is fixedly connected to the top of the sliding opening, and the abutting piece is fixedly connected to the lower end of the elastic piece. Anti-seismic assemblies are arranged in the two sides of the main beam hook through connecting assemblies, each anti-seismic assembly comprises dragging blocks and anti-seismic reinforcing steel bars, and the two dragging blocks are symmetrically arranged up and down. According to the special-shaped batter post, the effective anti-seismic effect can be achieved while splicing and connecting of the special-shaped batter post are completed, and deformation of the special-shaped batter post is avoided.
