Adjusting devices are arranged at two ends of the top of the foundation pit. According to the whole device, the splicing precision is improved, the splicing steps are simplified, the whole device can adjust the tensioning force, meanwhile, the stretching-out tensioning lead screw can serve as a positioning reference for installing a prefabricated part later, and the whole device can adjust the tensioning force, so that the assembled pipe gallery project is stable in structure, and after construction is completed, the phenomenon that the bearing capacity of the pipe gallery project is insufficient is avoided; the whole device can adjust the tensioning force of the two adjacent prefabricated structures so that the tensioning force can be within the specified range, potential structure defects or deficiencies do not exist, potential safety hazards are avoided in later use, and the device is suitable for application and popularization.
