Sound-absorbing and noise-reducing sports floor and manufacturing process thereof
The invention discloses a sound absorption and noise reduction sports floor which comprises a panel, a sound absorption bearing plate is arranged on the bottom face of the panel, a sound insulation film is arranged on the bottom face of the sound absorption bearing plate, shock pads are arranged on the two sides of the bottom face of the sound insulation film, keels are arranged on the bottom faces of the shock pads, and sponge pads are arranged on the bottom faces of the keels. A plurality of round holes which are evenly arranged in a matrix mode are formed in the sound absorption bearing plate, the round holes penetrate through the top face and the bottom face of the sound absorption bearing plate, and the round holes are filled with sound absorption cotton. By arranging the sound absorption bearing plate, sound absorption and noise reduction can be effectively achieved, and noise conduction is reduced; a layer of sound insulation film is laid on the bottom face of the sound absorption bearing plate, direct contact of materials can be directly isolated, and noise can be prevented. By arranging the sponge mat, the sound absorption and shock absorption effects of the floor can be improved; and the sound-absorbing bearing plate is matched with the sound-insulating film and the sponge mat for use, so that the sound-absorbing and noise-reducing effects of the floor can be greatly improved in the movement process.
