The preparation method comprises the following steps of: S1, mixing: uniformly mixing straw sections, a glue solution, an additive and other components; S2, heating: transferring the uniformly mixed materials into a heating tank body to heat the materials into a semi-fluid molten state; S3, extrusion: transferring the semi-fluid into an extruder, and extruding the semi-fluid into a strip-shaped body; S4, primary rolling:directly connectingthe strip-shaped body into a pressing roller unit to roll the strip-shaped body into a sheet-shaped soft base plate; S5, secondary rolling: rolling a cloth fiber layer and a sound absorption layer onthe upper surface and the lower surface of the soft base plate by a compression roller unit to form a soft rolling-formed glue permeation plate; S6, stacking: stacking the soft rolling-formed glue permeation plate, a decorative layer and a wear-resisting layer in sequence; and S7, pressing: arranging the soft rolling-formed glue permeation plate, the decorative layer and the wear-resisting layerin a pressing machine after stacking the same, so as to press and compound the soft rolling-formed glue permeation plate, the decorative layer and the wear-resisting layer to obtain the super-wear-resistant sound-absorbing soft floor. Under the buffer type synergistic effect of the soft base plate and the wear-resisting layer, the wear resistance of the whole plate is improved, and the technical effect of super wear resistance is achieved.
