Hyperbranched polycarboxylate superplasticizer monomer polyether as well as preparation method and application thereof
The embodiment of the invention discloses hyperbranched polycarboxylate superplasticizer monomer polyether as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a special monomer intermediate by taking alkenyl polyglycol ether with small molecular weight, an esterification catalyst and 2, 3-dihydroxypropionic acid as raw materials; the hyperbranched polycarboxylate superplasticizer monomer polyether is prepared by taking the special monomer intermediate, an alkali metal catalyst and tetrahydrofuran as raw materials. The hyperbranched monomer is established by using a special structure of 2, 3-dihydracrylic acid, so that side chains of the concrete water reducing agent prepared from the monomer are increased, and meanwhile, the concrete water reducing agent has better adsorption capacity after being polymerized in cooperation with tetrahydrofuran, so that the water reducing agent is more outstanding in water reducing performance and has higher retentivity and water reducing rate; and the use requirement of higher strength required by commercial concrete can be met.
本发明实施例公开了一种超支化聚羧酸减水剂单体聚醚及其制备方法与应用。所述方法包括:以小分子量的烯基聚乙二醇醚、酯化催化剂和2,3‑二羟基丙酸为原料制备特种单体中间体;以特种单体中间体、碱金属类催化剂和四氢呋喃为原料制备得到超支化聚羧酸减水剂单体聚醚。本发明利用2,3‑二羟基丙酸的特殊结构组建超支化单体,使单体制备的混凝土减水剂的侧链增加,同时配合四氢呋喃在聚合后具有更好的吸附力,使得减水剂的减水性能更加突出,具有更高的保持性和减水率,能够满足商品混凝土所需更高强度的使用要求。
