The invention discloses a thin-layer wet joint winter construction heat preservation method which comprises the steps that S1, steel beam installation is conducted, specifically, prefabricated steel box beams and steel cross beams are hoisted to bridge piers and assembled and fixed to form steel beams, and bridge deck slabs are hoisted to the steel beams; s2, a plurality of monitoring points are arranged on the bottom layer of the thin-layer wet joint, and the temperature of the thin-layer wet joint is detected; s3, a water retention film is arranged on the upper surface of the thin-layer wet joint, a maintenance space is defined on the surface of the thin-layer wet joint, and two steam-curing machines are arranged on the bridge floor and communicate with the maintenance space; s4, thin-layer wet joint pouring is conducted, specifically, thin-layer wet joints are formed between the bridge deck slabs through pouring; and S5, steam curing is conducted, specifically, high-temperature steam is conveyed into the curing space through a pipeline to conduct curing on the thin-layer wet joint, after curing is completed, the steam curing machine is turned off, the curing devices are sequentially dismantled, and grouting is conducted. The construction problem of the thin-layer wet joint is solved, the method can be well applied to the construction environment in winter, and the maintenance efficiency and quality can be effectively improved.
