The invention relates to a jet flow balance type underground diaphragm wall joint wall brushing device which comprises a wall brushing module, a suspension module and a control module, and the suspension module is connected with the wall brushing module and used for hanging the wall brushing module, lowering the wall brushing module to the bottom of a groove section along a joint and moving the wall brushing module up and down along the diaphragm wall joint; the control module is connected with the wall brushing module and the suspension module and used for controlling the wall brushing module to slowly move along the underground diaphragm wall connector from bottom to top to conduct brushing and cleaning operation. Compared with an existing wall brushing device, the device has the advantages that the size is obviously reduced, wall brushing operation can be carried out after the reinforcement cage is lowered by means of reserving a wall brushing bin in the reinforcement cage and the like, and included mud generated during the lowering of the reinforcement cage and concrete pouring can be cleaned.
