The invention discloses a circular inspection well internal mold device which is characterized by comprising a fixing device, a four-angle adjusting device, two adjusting devices and a bolt connecting pair. The two ends of the fixing device are each provided with at least one first kidney-shaped hole, the two ends of the fixing device surround to form a circle, and the two ends of the fixing device are connected with the bolt connecting pair through the two first kidney-shaped holes. The two ends of each adjusting device are installed on the inner wall of the fixing device through the two angle adjusting devices. The two adjusting devices are in an X shape.
