The invention discloses a vacuum combined preloading reinforced soft foundation system, and relates to the field of building foundations, the vacuum combined preloading reinforced soft foundation system comprises a soft soil foundation, a medium-coarse sand cushion layer, a vacuum sealing layer, a preloading earthwork layer and a drainage device which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and a sealing gap is formed between the vacuum sealing layer and the medium-coarse sand cushion layer; the drainage device comprises a drainage filter pipe, a plastic drainage belt and a vacuum pump, the drainage filter pipe is laid on the inner side of the sealing gap, and the vacuum pump is located outside the sealing gap and connected with the drainage filter pipe; the main body part of the plastic drainage belt is inserted into the soft soil foundation, and the upper end of the plastic drainage belt extends out of the soft soil foundation and is connected with the drainage filter pipe; the drainage filter pipe is sleeved with a spiral steel wire framework, the spiral distance of the spiral steel wire framework is larger than the width of the plastic drainage belt, and the outer end of the plastic drainage belt wraps the peripheral face of the drainage filter pipe and is located between spiral coils of the spiral steel wire framework. According to the vacuum pumping device, the water filtering holes of the drainage filtering pipe can fully play a role in ventilation in the vacuum pumping process.
