The heat exchange solution injected through the water supplementing pipe can be neutralized with the original heat exchange solution in the circulating water pipe, and the temperature difference formed by the heat exchange solution on one side of the water inlet of the circulating water pipe and the heat exchange solution on one side of the water outlet of the circulating water pipe is further reduced.
