The invention relates to the technical field of building wall bodies, and discloses a fabricated anti-radiation wall body and a construction method thereof.The fabricated anti-radiation wall body comprises a plurality of wall body units which are spliced with one another, and every two adjacent wall body units in the vertical direction are connected through a first splicing piece; every two adjacent wall units in the horizontal direction are connected through a second splicing piece; the first splicing piece comprises first splicing blocks arranged on the wall body units, first splicing grooves are formed in the side walls, away from the first splicing blocks, of the wall body units, and the first splicing grooves are used for allowing the first splicing blocks on the adjacent wall body units to vertically stretch in; the second splicing piece comprises a second splicing block embedded between the two adjacent wall units in the horizontal direction, a connecting rod rotationally connected to the side, away from the wall units, of the second splicing block, and stop pieces arranged at the two ends of the connecting rod and used for preventing the two adjacent wall units from moving back to back in the horizontal direction. The anti-radiation wall body is formed in an on-site splicing mode, and the construction efficiency is high.
