The method comprises the steps that three-dimensional modeling is conducted on the distorted-surface bare concrete inclined wall to form a three-dimensional model; finding out at least three buses with different elevations from the three-dimensional model along the horizontal direction; manufacturing at least three back ridges according to the shapes and the lengths of the at least three buses in an equal proportion; a mounting frame is arranged on the inclined side of the design position of the distorted surface bare concrete inclined wall in a supporting mode; respectively fixing the at least three back ridges on the mounting rack according to the positions of the at least three buses in the three-dimensional model; a plurality of pipe fittings are provided, each pipe fitting is connected with all the back ridges in series, and finally the twisted face framework is formed; according to the formwork erecting method, the multiple first formwork units are provided, the multiple first formwork units are fixed to the curved surface framework, and the construction efficiency is improved through the formwork erecting method.
