The invention discloses a formwork erecting method for an inclined cylinder, belongs to the technical field of formwork erecting, and solves the technical problem that supporting of the inclined cylinder cannot be met by erecting a supporting frame at present. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a vertical column beside the inclined cylinder is poured, bolts are embedded in the vertical column, and the poured column and the inclined cylinder are connected through oblique-pulling profile steel; the lower end of the inclined cylinder abuts against a formwork of the inclined cylinder through profile steel, and the profile steel is hooped through a round profile steel hoop and connected with the obliquely-pulled profile steel through a screw. And the inclined cylinder is subjected to segmented formwork erecting, segmented pouring and segmented pulling of the cable-stayed section steel until concrete of the inclined cylinder is completely poured in a segmented mode. All force generated when concrete is poured into the inclined cylinder is transmitted to the profile steel hoop through the profile steel on the outer side of the cylinder, then transmitted to the diagonal draw bar through the hoop and transmitted to the poured vertical column through the diagonal draw bar. The problem that a supporting frame cannot be erected is solved.
本发明公开了一种倾斜圆柱的支模方法,属于支模技术领域,解决目前通过搭设支撑架不能满足倾斜圆柱的支撑的技术问题,方法为:先浇筑倾斜圆柱旁边的竖向柱,在竖向柱上预埋螺栓,用斜拉的型钢连接已经浇筑的柱和倾斜圆柱,倾斜圆柱下端用型钢抵住倾斜圆柱的模板,型钢用圆形的型钢箍箍住并用螺杆连接此斜拉的型钢。倾斜圆柱分段支模,分段浇筑,斜拉型钢分段拉结,直到倾斜圆柱的混凝土全部分段浇筑完毕。本发明中倾斜圆柱在浇筑混凝土的时候的所有的力通过圆柱外侧的型钢传给型钢抱箍,再由抱箍传给斜拉杆,由斜拉杆传给已经浇筑的竖向柱。克服了无法搭设支撑架的问题。
