The invention discloses a shear wall formwork structure and a punching-free construction method. The shear wall formwork structure comprises a shear wall body 1, at least one set of prefabricated convex steel back ridge assemblies, at least one set of formwork assemblies, at least one set of secondary ridge assemblies, at least one set of main ridge assemblies and at least one set of split screw 20 assemblies. The at least one formwork assembly is clamped to the upper side and the lower side of the prefabricated convex steel back ridge assembly and attached to the shear wall body 1, the at least one secondary ridge assembly is vertically arranged on the outer side of the formwork assembly in the vertical direction and attached to the formwork assembly, and the at least one main ridge assembly is arranged on the outer side of the secondary ridge assembly and used for positioning the secondary ridge assembly. The main ridge assembly and the prefabricated convex steel back ridge assembly are arranged in a front-back corresponding mode, and at least one set of opposite-pull screw 20 assembly is arranged in the main ridge assembly, the secondary ridge assembly, the prefabricated convex steel back ridge assembly and the shear wall body 1 in a penetrating mode. The method has the advantages of being free of punching, saving templates and the like.
