Supporting structure for tunnel excavation in upper-soft and lower-hard stratum arch cover method and construction method
The invention discloses an upper-soft lower-hard stratum arch cover method tunnel excavation supporting structure which comprises a forepoling located on the outer side of an arch cover, a tunnel secondary lining and an arch cover primary support arranged above the tunnel secondary lining, and arch springing longitudinal beams are arranged at arch springing positions on the left side and the right side of the arch cover primary support. The inner sides of the arch foot longitudinal beams are supported by steel pipe piles, and the outer sides are fixed by feet-lock bolts. The forepoling comprises a large pipe shed, and a small guide pipe reinforcing structure, a freezing hole, a temperature measuring hole, a temperature control hole and a pressure relief hole which are positioned on the outer side of the large pipe shed. The invention further discloses a construction method of the supporting structure. According to the method, grouting, freezing and pipe shed combined advanced support is adopted to enhance the strength of the upper layer surrounding rock, and enough safety reserve is provided for subsequent arch cover method excavation; the foot-lock bolts, the arch foot longitudinal beams and the steel pipe piles are combined to support the arch feet, so that the compressive strength of the arch feet is improved, and the arch feet can be prevented from being deformed and broken due to overlarge local pressure.
