Tungstic acid solution, method for producing same, tungsten oxide powder, and method for producing same
This tungstic acid solution contains 0.1-40 mass% of tungsten in terms of WO3, and has a particle diameter (D50) of 20 nm or less as determined by particle diameter distribution measurement using a dynamic light scattering method. The method for producing a tungstic acid solution according to the present invention comprises: a step in which an acidic tungsten aqueous solution containing tungsten in an amount of 1-100 g/L in terms of WO3 is added to 10-30% by mass of an aqueous ammonia solution to produce a tungsten-containing precipitate; and adding an organic nitrogen compound to the tungsten-containing precipitate slurry obtained by making the tungsten-containing precipitate into a slurry state to generate a tungstic acid solution.
本发明的钨酸溶液含有以WO3换算计0.1~40质量%的钨的钨酸溶液,通过使用了动态光散射法的粒径分布测量而得到的粒径(D50)为20nm以下。另外,本发明的钨酸溶液的制造方法具有下述的工序:将含有以WO3换算计1~100g/L的钨的酸性钨水溶液添加至10~30质量%的氨水溶液中,生成含钨的沉淀;以及在将所述含钨的沉淀制成浆料状而得到的含钨的沉淀浆料中添加有机氮化合物,生成钨酸溶液。
