The filter part is arranged at the inlet of the heat removal pipeline body, the blockage clearing assembly is arranged corresponding to the filter part, and after the filter part is blocked, the blockage clearing working medium can be sprayed to the filter part through the blockage clearing assembly so as to prevent the filter part from being blocked.
