All the components are weighed according to the mass percent and are mixed to obtain the cement toughening and reinforcing agent. After polyvinyl alcohol is modified, the modified polyvinyl alcohol is mixed with other additives to prepare the multifunctional cement concrete additive, and the multifunctional cement concrete additive is good in compounding effect, high in practicability and low in cost.
