The invention discloses ecological porous carbon sequestration concrete based on carbon capture and carbon sequestration and a preparation method of the ecological porous carbon sequestration concrete. The porous carbon sequestration concrete comprises 40-70 parts of Portland cement, 0-10 parts of silica fume, 0-10 parts of fly ash, 10-60 parts of calcium hydroxide, 1-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.1-0.5 part of polyacrylamide, 0.5-2 parts of a nano reinforced foaming agent and 20-50 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a nano reinforced foaming agent, obtaining nano stable foam, preparing foam carbon sequestration cementing material slurry, pouring to form a mold, and performing carbonization curing and standard curing after demolding. The porous carbon sequestration concrete provided by the invention has good mechanical properties and carbon sequestration performance, can be used in the fields of buildings, water conservancy, traffic and the like, and assists in realizing reduction of hidden carbon emission of buildings and infrastructures.
