Bidirectional adjacent line track laying method
The invention discloses a two-way adjacent line rail laying method. The method comprises the following steps of steel rail mounting, steel rail fixing, steel rail guiding, guiding zero returning and guiding arm reversing. According to the two-way adjacent line rail laying method, a plurality of steel rail guide point positions are set, and smooth guide laying is conducted on the steel rails, so that the steel rails exceed the allowable stress of steel rail laying when the adjacent line steel rails are laid; and when the adjacent lines on the two sides need to be laid, guiding operation can be conducted on the steel rails during laying operation of the adjacent lines on the other side only by reversing the guiding point positions without replacing the operation lines, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种双向邻线铺轨方法并包含如下步骤:钢轨挂载、钢轨固定、钢轨引导、引导归零、引导臂换向。本发明涉及的双向邻线铺轨方法通过设定多个钢轨引导点位,对钢轨进行平滑引导铺设,使得邻线钢轨铺设时钢轨超出钢轨铺设的许用应力,并且当需要对两侧邻线进行铺设时可不更换作业线路仅通过对引导点位换向即可对另一侧邻线铺设作业时的钢轨进行引导作业,极大的提高了工作效率。
