The invention belongs to the technical field of highway pavement protection, and particularly relates to an aged asphalt pavement undisturbed in-situ regeneration device which comprises a vehicle body, and a pavement slotting structure, a reaction liquid spraying structure and an asphalt wiping structure are sequentially arranged at the front end of the vehicle body from front to back; the pavement slotting structure is rotationally connected with the front end of the vehicle body, and the bottom end of the pavement slotting structure is in contact with the ground; the reaction liquid spraying structure is fixedly connected with the front end of the vehicle body, and the output end of the reaction liquid spraying structure faces the pavement slotting structure; the asphalt erasing structure is vertically connected to the front end of the vehicle body in a sliding mode. By utilizing the structures, the undisturbed in-situ regeneration device for the aged asphalt pavement, which can effectively erase the surface layer of the aged asphalt pavement, reduce the consumption of asphalt, protect the environment and save resources, is realized.
