Double-cantilever bent cap construction system and construction method thereof
The invention provides a double-cantilever bent cap construction system and a construction method thereof. The double-cantilever bent cap construction system comprises a bent cap formwork support unit, a modularized bent cap formwork unit and a jacking system. The modular capping beam formwork unit is detachably mounted on the capping beam formwork support unit; the jacking system comprises a jacking oil cylinder, a plurality of standard supporting joints and a plurality of attachment hoops. The standard supporting sections are detachably connected in sequence from top to bottom, and the standard supporting section at the uppermost end abuts against the bent cap formwork support unit; the attachment hoop segments detachably lock the corresponding standard supporting sections on the constructed bridge pier column; one end of the jacking oil cylinder is detachably installed on the bent cap formwork support unit, and the other end of the jacking oil cylinder is detachably installed on the standard supporting joint. By changing the number of the standard supporting joints and connecting the jacking oil cylinders with the standard supporting joints at different height positions, the jacking oil cylinders can drive the capping beam formwork support units to move up and down along a bridge pier column.
