Wherein the two side faces of the isolation part are of a step-shaped structure, and a plurality of ecological bags are arranged on the outer side face of the isolation part; the adjacent ecological bags are connected through connecting buckles, and the ecological bags and the base plate are connected through bidirectional geogrids in a reverse wrapping mode. The problems that in the using process of an existing sound barrier, the manufacturing cost is high, and a large number of waste concrete plates (beams) generated by dismantling existing part of bridges are difficult to reuse can be effectively solved.
