Groove slope supporting system and control method thereof
The invention provides a groove slope supporting system and further provides a control method of the system. The supporting system comprises a pair of soil retaining plates and a plurality of telescopic supporting devices connected between the two soil retaining plates in an abutting mode. The telescopic supporting device comprises piston rods located at the two ends of the telescopic supporting device, the end of each piston rod is connected with a supporting base, a mounting column coaxial with the telescopic supporting device is fixedly connected to each supporting base, and a containing groove is formed in the end face of each mounting column in a sunken mode. A ball body which is partially positioned outside the accommodating groove is arranged in the accommodating groove in a rolling manner; and the locking assembly is used for locking the relative position between the ball body and the accommodating groove. The groove slope supporting system is low in manufacturing cost, simple in supporting form, large in supporting pressure, convenient to control and wide in application range, and the problems that in the prior art, a supporting system is poor in efficiency and adaptability are solved.
本发明提供了一种沟槽边坡支护系统,还提供了该系统的控制方法。支护系统包括一对挡土板,以及抵接在两所述挡土板之间的若干伸缩支撑装置;所述伸缩支撑装置包括位于其两端的活塞杆,每一所述活塞杆的端部连接有支撑底座,所述支撑底座上固定连接有与所述伸缩支撑装置同轴线设置的安装柱,所述安装柱的端面上凹陷设置有容入槽,所述容入槽内滚动设置有部分位于其外的球体;还包括用于锁紧所述球体与所述容入槽之间相对位置的锁紧组件。本发明提供了一种造价相对低廉、支撑形式较简单、支撑压力较大、控制方便、适用范围广的沟槽边坡支撑系统,解决了现有技术中支护系统效率以及适应性不佳的问题。
