Microbial mineralization-based loess slope reinforcement method
The invention discloses a loess slope reinforcement method based on microbial mineralization, which comprises the following steps: cultivating a bacillus pasteurii bacterial solution and a cementing solution according to the soil characteristics of a loess slope, and performing mineralization reinforcement treatment on the loess slope by adopting a microbial induced calcium carbonate precipitation technology. According to the method, the microorganism-induced calcium carbonate precipitation technology is practically applied to the field slope, the feasibility of the microorganism-induced calcium carbonate precipitation technology in the field practical application is verified, and a new technical support is provided for treatment and protection of the loess slope; and loose and adjacent soil particles are cemented together, so that the integrity of the slope surface is improved, pollutants are not generated in the reaction process, the operation is simple, energy is saved, the environment is protected, and the survival rate of vegetation recovery of the solidified slope surface is improved during later vegetation planting.
本发明公开了一种基于微生物矿化的黄土边坡加固方法,根据黄土边坡的土壤特性,培育巴氏芽孢杆菌菌液和胶结液,采用微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀技术对黄土边坡进行矿化加固处理,将微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀技术进行了野外边坡的实际应用,验证了微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀技术在野外边实际应用的可行性,为黄土边坡的治理防护提供了新的技术支持,且本方法在土壤颗粒之间生成碳酸钙结晶,将松散相邻的土壤颗粒胶结在一起,从而提高坡面的完整性,并且在反应的过程中不会产生污染物,操作简单,节能环保,在后期植被种植时,提高固化坡面植被恢复的成活率。
