The invention discloses a side slope reinforcement process based on microbial mineralization and an indoor model test device thereof. The side slope reinforcement process comprises the steps that S1, a target side slope is selected for side slope exploration and evaluation; s2, preparing a spore sarcina pasteurii suspension liquid; s3, injecting a sporosarcina pasteurii suspension liquid; s4, soil samples of the slope are collected regularly, and the mineralization process of the sporosarcina pasteurii is monitored; and S5, after reinforcement is completed, the slope is monitored and evaluated. The indoor model test device comprises a test container, a soil sampling tool, processing equipment, an injection device, humidity and moisture control equipment and monitoring equipment. By means of slope reinforcement based on microbial mineralization, the stability and erosion resistance of the slope can be improved, the construction period is shortened, the construction cost is reduced, and a new solution is provided for environment-friendly infrastructure construction; by using the indoor model test device, the change and reinforcement effect of the simulated side slope can be monitored.
