Anti-piping and anti-quicksand dewatering well
The invention relates to the technical field of dewatering wells, in particular to an anti-piping and anti-quicksand dewatering well which comprises a structural supporting plate, an external pipeline, an internal pipeline, a self-cleaning anti-quicksand filtering assembly and a replaceable anti-piping filtering assembly. An external pipeline is arranged at the lower end of the structure supporting plate; an internal pipeline is arranged in the external pipeline; a self-cleaning anti-quicksand filtering assembly is mounted in the internal pipeline; and a replaceable piping-preventing filtering assembly is arranged at the lower end part of the internal pipeline. By arranging the self-cleaning anti-quicksand filtering assembly, quicksand can be removed from the screen through vibration, the screen is prevented from being blocked by the quicksand, the permeability of the screen is kept, the keel structure is additionally arranged, the structural strength of the dewatering well can be improved, the piping condition is reduced, and the service life of the dewatering well is prolonged. And the external wall scraping structure not only can clean external quicksand accumulation, but also can enable water flow flowing into the shaft to flow downwards along the wall surface of the shaft, so that the piping phenomenon caused by direct impact of the water flow on the shaft bottom is reduced.
本发明涉及降水井技术领域,尤其涉及一种防管涌防流砂的降水井,包括有结构支撑板、外部管道、内部管道、自清洁防流砂过滤组件、可更换式防管涌过滤组件;结构支撑板下端部设置有外部管道;外部管道内部设置有内部管道;内部管道内部安装有自清洁防流砂过滤组件;内部管道下端部设置有可更换式防管涌过滤组件。本发明通过设置自清洁防流砂过滤组件可以通过震动将流砂从筛网上排除,避免筛网被流砂堵塞,保持筛网的通透性,并且增加龙骨结构,能提高降水井的结构的强度,减少管涌情况的发生,并且外部的刮壁结构不仅可以清洁外部的流砂堆积,也可以将流入井筒的水流沿着井筒壁面向下流动,减少水流直接冲击井底产生的管涌现象。
