Foundation pit water plugging emergency rescue cementing material site construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of cementing materials, and discloses a foundation pit water shutoff emergency rescue cementing material site construction method which comprises the following construction steps that (1) a water leakage point is found on site on the inner side of a foundation pit, and a water leakage hole is formed in the water leakage point; (2) the periphery of the water leakage point is cleaned, and a steel pipe is mixed into the water leakage hole; (3) the water leakage holes are sealed through the multiple sand bags, and inner side temporary plugging is formed; (4) drilling is conducted in a soil body on the outer side of the foundation pit, a grouting hole is formed, and a cementing material is injected into the grouting hole; (5) a plugging layer is formed at the water leakage point, and the plugging layer is formed by mixing a cementing material and a rock ballast material; the steel pipes are doped into the water leakage holes, so that part of leaked water is led out, sand bags are prevented from being washed away by too large water pressure at the follow-up leaking stoppage position, the multiple sand bags are stacked at the water leakage points to block the water leakage holes and press the peripheries of the holes to prevent the holes from being further expanded, and cementing materials are injected into the water leakage holes and the water leakage holes through the grouting holes to achieve leaking stoppage. The construction process is easy to operate and high in efficiency.
本发明涉及胶凝材料的技术领域,公开了基坑堵水抢险胶凝材料现场施工方法,包括以下施工步骤:1)、在基坑的内侧现场寻找漏水点,漏水点中具有漏水孔;2)、对漏水点的外周进行清理,往漏水孔中掺入钢管;3)、多个沙袋将漏水孔封闭,形成内侧临时封堵;4)、在基坑外侧土体中钻进,形成注浆孔,往注浆孔中注入胶凝材料;5)、在漏水点形成封堵层,封堵层为胶凝材料与石渣材料混合而成;通过往漏水孔中掺入钢管,是为了引出部分漏水,防止后续堵漏处水压过大冲垮沙袋,在漏水点堆积多个沙袋堵住漏水孔以及压住孔口周围防止孔洞进一步扩大,通过注浆孔将胶凝材料注入漏空位以及漏水孔实现堵漏,该施工过程操作简单且效率高。
