Integrated top-down storey-adding construction method for existing basement piles
The invention relates to an existing basement pile-column integrated top-down storey-adding construction method which comprises the following steps that pile-forming construction is conducted through pile foundation equipment, and a supporting pile part and a supporting column part are included; the pile head integrated with the pile and the column is cleaned, and the reserved steel bars are exposed; column connecting construction is conducted on the pile and column integration; a first horizontal supporting system is constructed; the rear pile splicing part is connected with the first horizontal supporting system; and reverse construction is conducted downwards till the bottom plate is completed. According to the existing basement pile integrated top-down storey-adding construction method, the construction problem of a vertical supporting system in the top-down process of an existing building is solved; the pile and column integration can be used as a temporary vertical supporting system in the reverse construction process and can also be used as a permanent column, permanent and temporary combination is achieved, resource waste is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced; and compared with a traditional one-column one-pile mode, pile-column integrated construction is more flexible, and the pile-column integrated construction method is suitable for the construction environment with the low clearance and has popularization significance.
本发明涉及一种既有地下室桩柱一体化逆作增层施工方法,包括如下步骤:利用桩基设备进行成桩施工,包含支承桩部分以及支承柱部分;清理桩柱一体的桩头,露出预留钢筋;在桩柱一体上进行接柱施工;进行首道水平支撑体系施工;将后接桩部分与首道水平支撑体系连接;向下进行逆作施工,直至底板完成。本发明提供的既有地下室桩柱一体化逆作增层施工方法,解决了既有建筑下逆作过程中竖向支撑体系的施工问题;桩柱一体可作为逆做过程中临时竖向支撑体系,也可作为永久柱进行使用,实现永临结合,减少资源浪费,降低工程造价;较传统一柱一桩相比,桩柱一体施工更加灵活,适用于净空较低的的施工环境,具有推广意义。
