The invention discloses a top-down multilayer basement storey-adding method for a frame structure existing building, which comprises the following steps: planting steel bars from an original independent foundation to form an underground first-layer top plate in a top-down manner, and simultaneously serving as a supporting structure for supporting surrounding soil; a high-pressure jet grouting pile is adopted for stirring foundation soil downwards from the drilling position of the top face of the top plate, a steel drum concrete pile pressed into the stirred foundation soil supports the underground top plate and the upper load of a building, and then an original frame column is prolonged; the underground space is formed by underground excavation of rock and soil from a soil outlet reserved in a top plate of the first underground layer, and the underground space is the additionally arranged first underground layer. A soil outlet is reserved in a bottom plate of the first underground layer, and underground excavation is conducted downwards to form two or more underground layers. The load of the upper structure and the two or more layers of basements is jointly borne by two or more layers of underground bottom plates, the pile foundations pressed into the bottom plates and the stirred foundation soil. According to the method, construction is convenient, and deformation of the upper building and the surrounding environment in the construction process can be strictly controlled.
本发明公开了一种框架结构既有建筑物逆作多层地下室增层方法,利用从原独立基础植筋逆作形成地下一层顶板,同时兼作支档周围土体的支撑结构;并采用高压旋喷桩从顶板顶面钻孔处,向下对地基土进行搅拌,并压入搅拌后的地基土的钢桶混凝土桩支撑地下一层顶板以及建筑物上部荷载,进而对原框架柱延长;在地下一层顶板预留的出土口向下暗挖岩土形成地下空间,为增设的地下一层;对地下一层底板预留出土口,向下暗挖进而形成地下二或多层。由地下二或多层的底板、底板下压入的桩基、搅拌后的地基土共同承担上部结构及二或多层地下室的荷载。该方法施工方便,且可严格控制施工过程中上部建筑物及周围环境的变形。
