The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete well section connecting structure which comprises a first well section, a second well section arranged on the first well section, a well lid arranged on the second well section and a ladder stand arranged on the first well section and the second well section and comprises a connecting notch and a connecting structure. The connecting structure is arranged at the connecting notch and used for connecting the first well section and the second well section. According to the connecting structure between the prefabricated concrete well sections, a new tongue-and-groove butt joint mode is adopted, the self water blocking effect of the connecting notches is enhanced through gap meshing, the water swelling rubber water stop strips are arranged in the connecting notches, the waterproof effect is further enhanced, meanwhile, asphalt sealant is smeared on the inner construction joints and the outer construction joints of the well sections, and the direct waterproof effect is achieved; and after the well sections are installed in place, annular rake nails are arranged outside the well sections, the well sections are effectively restrained, and the integrity of the shaft is enhanced.
