The invention discloses a connection joint of a steel reinforced concrete column and an eccentric steel plate shear wall and a construction method, the connection joint comprises a frame column, the steel plate shear wall and a transfer connection structure, the steel plate shear wall is arranged on one side of a plane where the axis of the frame column is located, and the steel plate shear wall is connected with the frame column through the connection structure; the transfer connection structure comprises an upper connection node and a lateral connection node, the upper connection node is arranged at the top of the steel plate shear wall, the lateral connection node is arranged on the side face of the steel plate shear wall, and the upper connection node and the lateral connection node are both connected with the frame column. According to the transfer connection structure, the problems of connection and load transmission of the steel plate shear wall and the steel ribs in the frame column under the working condition that the steel plate shear wall and the steel ribs in the frame column do not intersect in the plane are solved, the structure formed by combining the upper connecting nodes and the lateral connecting nodes is adopted, and lateral deformation is limited through the overall rigidity of the structure; the connecting structure has the advantages of being stable, high in lateral stiffness and stable and safe in load transmission.
